All of our programs help to encourage, motivate, uplift and empower children and teens to live happy, healthy and inspired lives. Our programs are non-clinical and take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. We are a community of support, resources and connection for children and families.
Standing Strong offers four signature program for children aged 5-17yrs;
STRONG Little Ones, STRONG Juniors, STRONG Tweens and STRONG Teens, as well as Wellness Workshops.


STRONG LITTLE ONES – Girls & Boys | Ages 5-7yrs
STRONG Little Ones is a supportive, gentle, interactive and fun program designed to help children feel strong from the inside out. This term based program includes 9 one hour session each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong components of;
Strong Body – Movement Strong Mind – Mindset Strong Heart – Mindfulness


STRONG JUNIORS – Girls & Boys | Ages 8-10yrs
STRONG Juniors is a supportive, fun, interactive and uplifting program designed to help children feel resilient and empowered. This term based program includes 9 one hour session each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong components of;

STRONG TWEENS – Girls & Boys | Ages 11-12yrs
STRONG Tweens is an empowering, supportive and uplifting program designed to help both boys and girls build confidence and resilience. This term based program includes nine 1.5 hour session each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong components of;

STRONG TEENS – Girls & Boys | Ages 13-17yrs
STRONG Teens is an empowering, supportive and uplifting program designed to help both boys and girls build confidence and resilience. This term based program includes nine 1.5 hour session each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong components of;
