LEGO® Therapy, also known as Lego-based therapy, is a therapeutic and educational approach which uses LEGO® bricks as a medium for promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development in individuals, particularly children.
LEGO Based Therapy is fun, creative and inclusive. It provides an opportunity for connection and is beneficial for children who experience anxiety, depression and/or adjustment disorders.
Within each session children build structured creations, while also having the opportunity to undertake a freestyle build either in pairs or larger groups.
