Fit Mitts is a high energy, fast paced, safe and fun boxing fitness class. It incorporates a mixture of boxing, strength building, cardio fitness, games, stretching and buddy activities.

Fit Mitts is one of our original and favourite classes. Through Fit Mitts children learn how to build strength and cardio fitness in a fun and exciting way. Boxing is one of the best full body workouts and at Standing Strong we make it super fun!
Through the Fit Mitts class, children learn how to have a positive relationship with their bodies, while while learning to enjoy exercise in a safe and non-competitive way.
