Fit Mitts incorporates a mixture of boxing, strength training, cardio fitness, group fitness and buddy activities.

This class is slightly different each week and is high energy, interactive and fun. Fit Mitts is not only a great body workout it is also a fantastic mind workout and can increase a sense of personal strength, stress relief, empowerment, confidence and self-esteem. Feel the POWER!
