Teen Club offers eight uplifting and inspiring classes for girls aged 10-17 years.
All eight classes fit into the categories of Strong Mind, Strong Body and Strong Heart. Each class has been created to help girls feel motivated, empowered, strong and healthy from the inside out.
At Standing Strong there are no competitions and no judgement, every girl can come along knowing she will be treated with 100% kindness and support. Teen Club helps girls to build confidence, self-esteem, self-awareness and inner strength without any pressure or stress. Girls simply choose their favourite classes, book in and come along. It’s simple, fun and there’s something for everyone.
TEEN CLUB CLASSES
DANCE| FITNESS | CARDIO
BODY IGNITE is a fun, active and energised class with a mix of dance and fitness. It includes cardio, strength training, toning and dance.
STRETCHING | BALANCE | STRENGTH
BODY FLEX is our unique yoga, strength and balancing class designed to help girls connect with their body, mind, heart and breath.
BOXING | STRENGTH | CARDIO
FIT MITTS incorporates a mixture of boxing, strength training, cardio fitness, group fitness and buddy activities.
RELAXATION | MINDFULNESS | STRESS RELIEF
HEART BEAT is a beautifully soothing class which includes a variety of techniques including therapeutic breathing.
CONFIDENCE | RESILIENCE | MOTIVATION
STEPPING UP is an empowering class designed to help girls build confidence, self-esteem, resilience and self-belief.
SUPPORT | SELF-ESTEEM | CONNECTION
GIRL TALK provides girls with a place to chat and connect with each other. Girls can explore and learn new ways to deal with issues.
