I have really enjoyed the yoga at the end of each session and how we just get to relax and have time to think and rest for the rest of the day and think about everything that is going on in our lives.
Getting to understand people better was a great way of helping us all bond and being given the opportunity to be able to let go of any worries or problems. Also, talking with each other about it and how you feel about them. Yoga at the end was very calming and even though you feel dead at the end of the exercise at the start it makes you feel HAPPY!
This whole thing has been AMAZING!! I have really enjoyed it, it has helped me to understand many things in life like to accept everything and everyone the way it is. Also, just bonding with everyone, getting to know the people I didn’t know as much is great.
What I have enjoyed most is Body Ignite because it’s fun and lots of movement. I also enjoyed yoga because it’s relaxing and peaceful. Also a great way to end the session.
I absolutely loved our sessions! They were great to just let go and for us to connect more as a family. Huda was great and so energetic, she was so much fun! I had such a great time. Thank you!
I really appreciate all you have done for me and my fellow sisters. I have enjoyed this workshop very much and I have taken a lot from it to make me a better person, friend and sister. I have really enjoyed the upbeat dancing and strengthening at the start to get us motivated and awake. The talks about how we as people change and to appreciate others as they have their changes to. The yoga at the end is a great way to finish off the day. So to sum it all up I have really enjoyed the whole thing. Thank you!
This experience at Standing Strong has been very memorable, I’ll take back lots of things that you have taught me. I loved being able to tell the truth and let things off my chest that had been bothering me. Also, just being able to get advice from you has been amazing. My favourite part was the yoga and meditation because you just got to relax. I also liked the different personality colours because I can relate to that. I think the whole experience has helped me to become closer with everyone and closer with myself. I also liked the fitness part because it make me feel good about myself. THANK YOU!
