If you’re looking for ways to help your child manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm, Breathe is the class for you. 

Breathe helps children learn how to slow down their racing minds and connect with their body and heart. Using research based mindfulness techniques, Breathe enables young people to take a break from their busy lives and offers them a safe place to process the emotions they have been feeling. 

Through the Breathe class, children learn healthy and effective ways to manage stress, worry and anxiety. Breathe is designed to help children feel more in control of their emotions and to help them learn the importance of self care and filling their own cup.
