    At Standing Strong we are focused on building strong, healthy and long lasting relationships.


Body Flex is our unique yoga, strength and balancing class designed to help girls connect with their body, mind, heart and breath.

This class is slower paced and encourages girls to build a stronger sense of connection within themselves while helping to improve body strength, flexibility and fitness.

Through specific body movements, partner work, breathing and music girls experience a holistic approach to health and wellness in our Body Flex classes.
